Cinderella
This doll I worked on for Saks 5th Avenue. I illustrated some flower filigree that was debossed on a metal plate for the top. When we initially concept some of these dolls, it is blue sky and we reduce down from there. The illustration was inspired by the light flower detail embroidered on the dress.
I also illustrated the pixie dust on this entire acetate piece. Our original idea was this amazing glass dome to go over the doll and it was going to be on a turntable on the bottom with lights to light up the crystals on the dress. I originally illustrated the pixie dust to go around the dome to match the transformation scene below.
