Lizzy currently holds the position of Senior Art Director at Ridge, a renowned accessories company, and previously served as the Global Senior Design Manager for Disney Parks, Experiences & Products at the Walt Disney Company.
Lizzy specializes in crafting and overseeing style guides for branding, products, and packaging. She is also known for her ability to create distinctive and customized packaging as well as digital design assets tailored to various franchises, co-brands, and Limited Edition products.
Boasting a career spanning over 15 years, Lizzy has built a reputation for collaborating with industry leaders such as Pixar, Lucasfilm, Nordstrom, Sephora, MAC Cosmetics, 21st Century Fox, National Geographic, Warner Brothers, New Line Cinema, IFC, BBC, and many other prominent organizations.
Lizzy's professional portfolio extends to her work on branding for notable films and television shows, including projects like Frozen 1 & 2, Cruella, Pixar’s Turning Red, Mulan, Maleficent, Proud Family, Alice Through the Looking Glass, and Cinderella. Her contributions include creating unique art, engaging with filmmakers, offering art direction to her team, and collaborating closely with partners in product development and sourcing to bring specialty packaging, branding, and products to fruition.
Beyond her design expertise, Lizzy possesses a diverse set of creative skills. She has experience in crafting fine art and special effects prosthetics, employing materials such as silicone and latex. Her talents also encompass prop creation for photoshoots, costumes, and puppets. Furthermore, Lizzy has a history of serving as a docent at a letterpress museum for several years, where she gained hands-on experience in hand-setting type in wood, metal, and Ludlow, as well as working with printing presses like Vandercook, C&P, and more.
Additionally, Lizzy's artistic endeavors extend to mixed media artistry, which includes illustration, hand embroidery, silkscreening, painting, and incorporating found objects into her work. Her artwork has been showcased at esteemed venues such as the Hive Gallery, Robert Vargas Gallery for Star Wars Legion, the Hollywood Bowl for Tim Burton’s Nightmare Before Christmas, and numerous other prestigious exhibitions.
